Overview
Ruby Group are looking for a Credit Controller to join a fast-growing business that has shown considerable growth in the last two years. The role is an ongoing temporary position that is fundamental to the continued success of the company. It is located in Central London and reporting into the credit manager. The main duties are: - Key Skills Reporting into the Credit Manager Contact customers by telephone, letter and email to recover outstanding payments. Liaising with billing team and ensure all cash is allocated correctly Help resolve any customer queries they may have regarding their account The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience in a similar role, have excellent communication skills, be able to work to strict deadlines, be detailed orientated and be able to work independently and within a team.
