Overview
Investigo have partnered with a well-established yet growing business based in Rickmansworth to recruit for a Shared Services Manager, on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be reporting to the Financial Controller & will be overseeing a team of 8 you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of AP, AR and Cash Management for the business. The ideal person will ideally be from a shared service environment or large company background. Salary is paying between £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. Key Duties; - Manage and develop AR and AP team Recommend/develop relevant set of KPI's to benchmark team performance against (AP, AR, cash management), and manage/report against these once agreed Presenting, performance to management on a monthly basis Ensure team manage company expenses in accordance with stated policy Managing the implementation of a purchase ledger system & ensure compliance is adhered too Getting involved with finance projects & implementing systems Sets best practise policy & implements a culture of continuous improvement Manage any queries & issues Resolve any AP / AR matters within your team Creating succession plans Any other reasonable duties as defined by management Skills & Experience; - AP/AR / Shared Services Management experience Procurement experience is desirable System implementation experience Advanced Excel and experience of using ERP systems Excellent leadership & communication skills Strong decision maker Positive, inspiring character Adaptable If you are interested in the role above, please apply now- alternatively please email your CV direct to
