Overview

We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a key employer in the West Yorkshire region who have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Rewards Specialist to join their HR team for a period of 12 months. This is definitely an exciting role with tonnes of autonomy to make changes to the businesses current rewards offering. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be a proactive and driven individual with a strong analytical eye and excellent stakeholder management skills. This role has been added to the existing structure to support the business in driving forward a complete review of the Rewards packages during a very busy time for the business which has resulted in existing team members being focused on key projects. This role is therefore required to move forward with the current Rewards agenda. You will have prior experience of reviewing Pay and Grading within organisations in an end to end capacity including the analytics of existing structures, partnering and consulting with the business to gain feedback on viable future options and making recommendations to the business. Depending on time scales you may also be involved in implementation of new structures and offerings As a rewards professional you will have strong market knowledge and be experienced in supporting businesses future proofing their rewards offering. You will be skilled in moving business from traditional models and all associated stakeholder management communications that goes with this in order to achieve the desired outcomes.
