Overview
There are better Clinical Lead jobs out there. Aren't there? I may just have one. You will bring your Senior Nurse or exisiting Clinical Lead experience, you will love elderly care and forming great relationships with your residents and relatives. You will believe in leading by example, having high standards and be a great communicator. You will most probably inspire others with your enthusiasm and desire to promote true person centred care. You will be an RGN, or an RMN who has extensive clinical skills. This is a role that is more general nursing than Dementia. You will like the sound of being part of a medium size business that looks after it's employees and offers great progression, but also gets the basics right, like a quality induction and onboarding process.
