Overview
Finance Manager Series B FinTech £55/60K An excellent opportunity to join a Series B FinTech start-up in the next part of the expansion plans. This is a newly created role as a no.2 in finance, directly reporting into the CFO. You'll assist in building a scalable finance function and work closely with the CFO on future fundraising rounds as well as advising on strategy and new growth areas. Key responsibilities Ownership of day to day accounting across the business including payroll, expenses & VAT Completion of monthly management accounts including full commentary and variance analysis Creation of robust financial controls and processes across the business Creation of monthly and annual budgets & forecasting Analysis of business metrics, working with heads of department to create KPI's Assisting the CFO in preparation of board packs to the senior stakeholders and investors Managing external relationships with Audit and tax consultants Market analysis, identifying new product lines and revenue streams Ad-hoc projects across the wider business Profile Big 4 ACA qualified with 2 years industry experience Strong use of excel including VBA Experience using Power BI tools Must have a strong interest in the tech sector and experience working in a high-growth start-up environment Please get in touch ASAP if you're interested
