Overview
A banking institution wish to recruit a Trade Finance Operations Manager to lead a team focused on a range of products for corporate clients, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks. Overview: Provides support to the head of corporate banking with the day-to-day management & co-ordination of daily trade finance duties. Oversight to ensure all transactions are technically correct, completed within target deadlines and that all service standards are achieved. The role will involve overseeing trade finance operations and offering experince across projects, system implementation, team structure and business models. Ensuring required levels of accuracy and timeliness are maintained within the team, managing/leading the team, carrying out objectives, staff appraisals, team meetings. Experience Required: Proven managerial experience (ideally within trade finance) A strong trade finance/operations background. Change/project management experience - desirable.
