Credit Control Supervisor Job | Working for a Private Hospital | Based in Mayfair | up to £35,000 Salary Your new company A private clinic based in the famous West End of London are looking for a motivated, personable credit controller to join an ambitious clinic based in Mayfair. Your new role You will be responsible for a team of 6 credit controllers and will be responsible for overseeing their KPI's and ensuring they are met. Development and training of your team will also be a focus in the role as well as the following: Supervising the Credit Control team Ensure that team DSO targets are met Responsible for cash posting and reconciliations Ensure that all financial reporting including DSO and Cash Flow is accurate and communicated to management What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a credit supervisory/team leader role role is essential. This role is focused on reducing the DSO and so any evidence of past success in doing so will be of great benefit. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent team management, communication and interpersonal skills and a track record of successfully meeting collection targets.
