Maintenance Planner - Coventry - Temp - Social Housing - £16 per hour - Umbrella - Immediate Start - ASAP Your new company A well-established social housing provider based in Coventry. Your new role You will be working as a Maintenance Planner helping out plan the days for the maintenance operatives across various sites in the Coventry area. You will be reporting into the Senior Maintenance Planner and provide regular feedback on a daily basis. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in the role you need to be organised and be able to plan ahead. You will need to be able to create maximum efficiency in a fast paced, high demanding role in a busy team. You will have to stick to key performance indicators and make sure the repair appointments are 'right first time'. What you'll get in return In return you will get the opportunity to work a 37 hour week getting paid an hourly rate of £16.08 per hour on a weekly basis. You will also have the chance, if successful enough to have a permanent job at the end of the assignment.
