Job Description
Site Maintenance Electrician My client is a provider of M&E building services, specialists in the provision of tailored and bespoke building services maintenance to a client base to include (not limited to) Corporate, Commercial, Government & Retail environment A Site Maintenances Electrician is required to carry out electrical building services PPM to electrical building services infrastructure throughout a large-scale, highly regulated critical site facility located in the Coventry area. The Site Maintenances Electrician will be responsible for carrying out PPM, reactive, servicing, and fault-finding and repair to electrical building services infrastructure systems to include (not limited to) * Power & lighting * UPS & generators * LV switchgear * Back-up power systems The Site Maintenance Electrician will also be responsible for performing basic, 'first-look' at HVAC systems i.e. AHU & FCU and general building maintenance i.e. basic plumbing & building fabric as business needs require. Please Note This position is single site based and a company vehicle is not provided Essential Candidate Requirements * City & Guilds 17th and/or 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations * City & Guilds Electrical Parts I & II and/or equivalent * Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship * Experienced in Electrical Building Services Maintenance i.e. PPM & Reactive Maintenance to electrical building services infrastructure systems i.e. power, UPS, generators & alarms * Possess a basic knowledge & appreciation of HVAC systems i.e. AHU & FCU taking a 'first-look' at systems and repairing if appropriate to do so. * Experienced in critical, highly regulated site based environments i.e. Industrial, Manufacturing, Financial & Corporate settings.
