You will need to be extremely accurate in completing work, which includes dealing with funding for service providers, and updating information on local systems. You must be reliable as may be expected to work alone at times. Top priorities for the role will include but not limited to: General do to administrative tasks. To answer the telephone promptly Checking team inbox daily and dealing with content effectively and in timely manner Dealing with requests for funds from Care and Supported Living Providers Maintaining records clearly and correctly. To be considered for the role candidates must have proven experience at an high level, good processing skills, and an ability to work under pressure and be able to deal with people at all levels in a tactful, diplomatic and assertive manner, over the telephone and also in person.
