I am recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a progressive, well established, growing business based in Solihull. This really is a fantastic opportunity to join a close knit, supportive team with opportunities to learn and grow with the business. Working in an outstanding office space with excellent on site facilities. Working Monday to Thursday 9:00-17:30 and Friday 9:00-17:00. You will need to be highly organised, methodical - as you will follow a lot of processes, be a team player, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, be extremely competent working on databases and processing paperwork. If you have a financial, legal or accountancy background this would be really desirable. Job description Inputting information on to the database i.e. add new clients/closing clients/transferring time/recharges creating time sheet/linking of contact information/billing & recharges Running off weekly and monthly billing reports and creating billing schedules Issuing and sending out letters of engagement, VAT reminders, company accounts to client and recording of information. Scanning, filing & photocopying of documentation Supporting Managers as and when required with general typing and taking of messages Skills required An understanding and experience of working with databases.We use CCH database, but full training will be given in the use of this if you have not used this software before A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Have the ability to integrate into a busy team environment A methodical and thorough approach to work Ability to use initiative Be organised and be able to prioritise work Have good written and verbal communication skills Must be computer literate, and have previously used MS Office, with good keyboard skills If you have not heard from us within 5 working days unfortunately you have not been successful on this occasion.
