Job Title: Office & Data Administrator Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time Salary: £20,000 - £21,000 Location: Shirley Description: Working on behalf of a prestigious client based in Shirley, we are currently recruiting for an Office & Data Administrator to work as part of their team.This role involves working with a complex database alongside general administration and working to tight deadlines. Key Duties: Preparing and collating data. Using in house databases to input information and collate material when requested. Assist in the general administration of the team (post, room booking) Prepare reports, correspondence and other relevant documentation Manipulating data to provide effective and accurate reporting. Scanning, filing & Photocopying documentation Supporting Managers as when required with general typing and taking of messages Key Skills/Experience Required: A keen interest in all aspects of Excel. Experience of working of multiple databases at one given time. Experience of working in a busy office environment. Comfortable working to tight deadlines on a daily basis. Excellent communication skills. Able to handle varied amounts of data, paying strong attention to detail. A team player, with a calm and organised approach.
