A friendly client focused financial planning practice are seeking a Financial Planning / IFA Administrator on a full-time or part-time basis. My client is made up of a small team based near Solihull. They are seeking an administrator who can carry out the following duties. This role offers lots of flexibility including the option for full-time or part-time, reduced hours and parking. - Primary duties; Supporting financial planner providing support on administration and client matters. New business submissions Adviser client meeting preparation Regular use of provider platforms and wrap services Preparation of client correspondence General administrative duties - Applicant requirements; Financial Services experience gained in a similar role supporting IFA’s or Financial Planners Knowledge of pensions and investments preferred Excellent administrative skills Team player who is comfortable working in a small team Well organised
