Overview
Agora Talent are partnering with a well-loved Fashion Retail brand in London on a search for a Finance Business Partner to their Digital Marketing Team. It's an exciting time for the Finance Department as they welcome the newly created Commercial Finance Team to help deliver profitable growth and change across within the organisation. Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, this role has been created to provide a dedicated focus on Digital Marketing and Customer Insight and optimising costs to drive business performance. Key Responsibilities Establishing dedicated Commercial Finance support role for Digital Marketing and Customer Insights Business partnering with Director and Heads to support key decision making Acting as a subject matter expert with a detailed knowledge of Marketing costs, drivers and value Creating, delivering and monitoring Dashboard and KPI reporting to drive commercial performance Influencing investment decisions Supporting the production of business cases for investments Partnering with the senior leadership team to agree on an annual budget and update periodic forecasts Collaborating with customer and CRM teams, providing insight and analysis that influences decisions Challenging stakeholder assumptions, variances, and influence efficiencies Benchmarking investment vs competitors What we're looking for 3 years PQE Qualified Finance Professional: CIMA, ACCA or ACA Excellent knowledge of Marketing Finance (experience working in Digital Marketing environment essential) Confidence to challenge senior business leaders Ability to maintain positive relationships and effective communicator Able to influence colleagues and lead change Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong time management and the ability to multi-task in a pressurised environment Combine attention to detail with broader business understanding On offer is a competitive financial package; 20% Bonus & Bensincl. 25 days holiday; on-site gym, season ticket loan, Payday Fridays (3.30pm finish) and Summer Fridays (3.30pm finish June-August).
