Fusion Energy provide renewable home heating systems.We have many happy customers who have benefitted from the cost effective energy our systems provide. Due to significant growth w e have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Sheffield. This is a field-based role, carrying out quality control inspections and call backs in the Yorkshire and Wales regions but may be required to travel further afield from time to time.There may also be a requirement for overnight stays in various locations depending on areas of work and volumes. You’ll be required to:- · carry out technical quality audits on completed installations and works in progress (WIP) for various clients across the business. · Effectively diagnose and identify faults and failures with equipment and systems and provide effective solutions and escalate where necessary. · identify trends and faults with engineers and the works they have completed and provide detailed reports to management. · have relevant gas industry qualifications and demonstrate a good knowledge of gas and safety legislation. Experience required:- · Must hold current ACS competence qualifications in all gas installations. Commercial: CORT1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CODNCO1, TPCP1A, CODNCO1, CORT1, CIGA1, ICPN1. Domestic: CCN1, CEN1 (CENWAT), HTR1, DAH1, MET1, CPA1, Unvented. Fumes Investigation (CMDDA1) is desirable but not essential. · Great communication skills. · Experience in a customer focussed environment. · Great team working experience. · The ability to prioritise workloads. · Full UK driving licence. · NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is required along with FGAS 2079 cat 1 as a minimum requirement.
