Overview
Cision is the biggest communications platform in the world for the Earned Media sector and we’re looking for a new Search Analyst to join our UK Customer Service team. The Role: Manages, updates and improves Boolean Search queries across new and legacy platforms. Works with key stakeholders to recognise and implement best practice in the Search space. What are we looking for? A self- starter who possess excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Can demonstrate initiative and prioritise work to achieve deadlines. Builds good relationships with colleagues and works collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes. Essential Skills and Experience: Excellent Attention to Detail: Can consistently achieve a high standard of accuracy as defined by team metric targets. Good verbal communication skills, written, verbal, listening, empathises well Computer Skills: Microsoft Office and data input to a high standard Self-motivation: meets objectives and standards on own initiative including less satisfying tasks - forthcoming with new ideas on how to improve quality standards. Speed of work: Has the ability to add and maintain searches accurately and quickly. Teamwork: flexible, co-operative, helpful, respects ideas and expertise of others, appreciates own strengths and weaknesses. Customer Focused: Understands the needs of customers. Organisation: proactive, works systematically, uses time efficiently; ability to prioritise and meet deadlines without direct supervision. Response to change: adaptable, interested in learning and developing to meet changing situations. Positive approach: It is essential a positive attitude be maintained to constantly improve the service Cision delivers.
