Overview

My client is seeking to hire a Deputy Marketing & Sales Director to join the ambitious and energetic team to drive, lead, deliver outstanding marketing and sales results for high profile residential projects in London, UK. You will lead the creation, implementation and delivery of high-profile marketing initiatives. in support of all Company’s development projects. What’s your job about ? · Build a marketing team to deliver a broad range of marketing initiatives, both online and digital in support of the company’s objectives. · Drive Marketing department forward through innovative marketing · Train, coach and develop a high-performance sales team. · Create and deliver all necessary marketing materials, collateral and marketing suites in support of the Company’s various real estate developments, using the latest technologies where appropriate campaigns. · Manage the relationships between all third-party suppliers, ensuring all are · Work effectively and within the time scale of all marketing materials in setting and pushing out the digital and offline marketing strategy, ensuring support of the Company the presence of the developments is widely known development projects. · Support the development of corporate marketing materials, in all forms, including website and social media strategies implementation and delivery of high profile marketing · Provide assistance on press releases, articles, presentations, events, initiatives. conferences and other sales documents and tools when required. Who are you? · You’re the guru in Sales and Marketing. All you passionate about is high rise residential projects. · Ideally hold a Degree in Marketing or Commercial or similar. · You think out of a box and challenge the status of quo. · Super organised with top level project management skills and experience. · Creative thinking is in your gene & execution is your last name · You’ve worked with UK developers or Global property consultancy firm like JLL, CBRE. · You could be living in UK right now or keen to relocate to UK from other parts of the world. · You have a soundtrack of records of success in delivering UK high rise residential projects for minimum of 10 years. · You are not only a manager, but a great leader. · You train, coach, mentor and develop your team by working out the challenges with them together in the frontline. · You speak Mandarin or Cantonese. (this is a must) · You possess exceptional communication skills at all levels with super influencing and persuasion style · You will enjoy public speaking and you’re the expert in delivering a compelling presentation. · You are resilient, flexible, adaptive, eager and ambitious for success, motivated, but also humble team player. · You’re the bridge between the director and your team. · You carry the strategy and ensure of execution perfectly. · You get the job done.
