Head of Managed Services - Database, SQL, Oracle Whitehall Resources have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Managed Services to join their clients team based in either London or Basingstoke. As the Head of Managed Services you will be responsible for end to end managed service offerings, delivering enterprise data management to clients across the UK. Do you have? End to end managed service delivery experience including; client onboarding, incident and problem management, escalation management and service quality Previous experience in delivering database support within an MSP environment Good technical knowledge across multiple databases such as MS SQL, Oracle etc. Experience in leading managed service teams Any exposure to working within a Cloud/Azure/AWS environment is highly desierable Do you want to; Own a complete managed service offering Develop your career within a MSP Be rewarded financially Work for a friendly, flexible organisation Sound interesting?
