Overview
Head of Testing - Basingstoke - Up to £75k. A Head of Testing is required by our salubrious client who are going through a period of continuous growth and expansion due to consistent company success. This role will include travel across multiple sites in the UK as you will be tasked with managing a team of test professionals across multiple functions within the software division. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Head of Testing to make a mark on the continued testing direction for this highly impressive organisation. You will have previous experience of defining test strategy including automation framework within a mature agile environment. Experience: Demonstrable and substantial experience in leading and managing teams of software testers - Essential Experience of successfully designing test strategy - Essential Experience of successfully designing and implementing test Automation strategy and framework - Essential Remote management of offshore testing teams - Essential Working in an Agile & Waterfall environment - Essential Leading teams working in an Agile environment - Essential Performance and line management of highly skilled teams - Essential Travel: UK travel required as well as international travel 2-4 times per year.
