Overview

Our client, a fast growing IT company, based in Central London, are currently hiring for a Sales Director to to lead a commercial sales team focussed on mid-market and enterprise sales of collaboration, infrastructure, security, data centre and cloud service lines and to ensure continued year on year revenue and headcount growth. Responsibilities Lead, mentor and support a team of sales managers, account directors, account managers and business development managers to sell and promote products and services to potential customers and close new business from sales leads. Set realistic, yet challenging/stretching team and individual revenue and KPI targets, in conjuntion and agreement with the leadership team. Design and implement an effective sales strategy and structure for your team in line with the overall business strategy. Manage team based P&L, with responsibility for overall revenue, gross profit/margins, costs and net profilt. Act as a subject matter expert to customers and as a sales coach to your team, providing advice and guidance throughout the sales cycle. Show technical sophistication, patience and passion to guide the team, clients and stakeholders through all the capabilities of various solutions. Effectively communicate internally across departments and deliver cross-functional solutions for the needs of the team. Plan, direct, and execute education and the continuing enablement of your team. Create and work in a collaborative and rewarding environment Share your knowledge and best practices to develop and sustain an open line of communication with your team. Requirements A proven track record of high level sales performance in a VAR, MSP or SI environment. Sales leadership experience including people management, development, coaching and planning experience Target setting and implementation experience. Sales structure and strategy planning and implementation experience P&L management understanding and experience Excellent and broad knowledge of technical solutions across Enterprise networking, Collaboration, Security, Data centre and Cloud Our offers a highly competitive package, including guaranteed bonuses for up to 6 months, an uncapped OTE, industry leading commission/bonus plan and and attractive benefits package. This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm Occasional UK travel required.
