Overview
We are working with an elite global firm who are looking to bring in a Junior Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor to join their London team. The small team works on a variety of managers, focusing on complex cross-border restructurings and insolvencies, special situations investing and rescue financing, and are looking to recruit an ambitious 1-3 PQE Associate. The successful candidate for the role will have the following: Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree; Between 1-3 PQE experience in financial restructuring and insolvency work, gained from a top-tier firm; Be commercially minded with excellent client-facing, interpersonal and research skills; Experience with high yield bond transactions is an advantage.
