Overview
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a prestigious firm our client is looking for someone who can design, spec and tender a project and manage the contractors,you will also be responsible for managing the maintenance manager and a small maintenance team. If you have worked with historic properties before this will be an advantage as they have everything from a castle to a small cottage. There is also an opportunity to live n as the hours are Mon-Fri 95. Salary is from £45,000-£50,000 dependent upon experience Excellent communication skills Be MRICS/MCIOB chartered A minimum of 3 years PQE within Commercial/ Residential sectors Have Contract Admin experience Experience of managing and delivering your own projects Team leader experience Must have a valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Must have a positive approach and be flexible to interview, as this is an immediate requirement.
