MD 365 CRM Data Analyst & IT Support, Hertfordshire, £35,000 One of Pearson Carters established End User Clients are currently looking for a Data Analyst to become a permanent member of there Watford based team. The company offer an excellent salary of £35,000 per annum along with annual bonus, 25 days holiday bank holidays, private medical & pension. Responsibilities: Production and analysis of reports. Manage and support customer databases. Set up & creation of new starters to the IT systems/ cessation of leavers to the IT system Ad-hoc requests for administrative and reporting tasks Requirements: Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Actively use Active Directory and Exchange Actively diagnose IT faults Knowledge & understanding of funding rules for SFA and EFA. (desirable) Location Our client’s offices are based in Watford, candidates must be able to travel to the office on a daily basis.
