Overview
My client is an industry leading Research Led consultancy who are currently expanding their teams following on from an extremely successful 2019. They have a collaborative, intellectual, culture driven environment which fosters innovation. They are expanding their team by 1 X Associate Director and 2 X Directors that will predominantly be focusing on qualitative research and methodologies. They continuously acknowledge achievements both in and out of the workplace by holding bi- weekly meetings to discuss all achievements. Located in the heart of London they are perfectly located to get out on the ground with their clients and regularly meet patients/stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES : Taking responsibility for a large portion of the overall company target as well as maximizing profitability Business Development – new and existing clients Lead research projects and team – predominantly within Qualitative methodologies Training and Development of junior team members Taking responsibility for all project deliverable’s and timelines ensuring clients are kept informed throughout Have a clear understanding of the clients needs and issues to ensure that the research team are fully informed Act as an example for the whole division – leading from the front REQUIREMENTS: 6 years working within a healthcare research environment Qualitative and Quantitative experience Line Management Business development and client engagement experience Ideally some exposure to Oncology and Rare Diseases Self-starter mentality If you would like to join one of the most creative consultancies in the market, then I want to speak with you My client is offering the opportunity to make a big impact on a growing company – they want to hear new ideas and try new methodologies so if you’re feeling like your voice is not being heard… get in touch with me today on 441293 776644.
