Overview
Our client based just outside Epsom Area is looking for a customer services person to join their team. We have a customer service team in a very prestigious company looking for a customer services person to join their team on a long term temp basis. You will be taking calls and responding to emails so someone that is able to multitask would be essential As this is a call centre environment someone with previous call centre experience would be advantageous Customer focused Task focused Flexible and adaptable to environment and circumstantial changes Experience in coaching other team members to find the resolution themselves & training team members to have the ability to perform new tasks. To be a confident, motivated individual Accuracy in completion of work Good decision making/judgement skills A team player who is friendly and helpful with a willingness to learn. Ability to work under own initiative without direction The ability to recognise own mistakes and learn from these. To manage customer queries in a genuine and honest manner.
