Overview
A Head of IT Transformation is required on a 3 month initial contract (with likely extension) based in Southampton, Hampshire with some travel to London. For this position the Head of IT Transformation will be required to work on part of a major insourcing programme of a number of IT Infrastructure services. The successful candidate will work closely with the current incumbent to ensure that IT Services are successfully brought in house with minimal impact to service for end users. You will be required to ensure that services are correctly managed as part of the insourcing and also be prepared to negotiate new contracts with outsource suppliers if required. For this position the Head of IT Transformation will have had previous experience of insourcing IT services within an enterprise scale client. You will have experience of managing offshore service providers and have dealt with senior internal stakeholders gathering their requirements to ensure that services match their requirements. This role is to start ASAP and will pay in the region of £1000 per day (umbrella) dependant on experience.
