We are on the lookout for a Deputy Branch Manager. The Deputy Branch Manager will deliver exceptional retail business performance through excellent customer service, sales and operational controls in line with the agreed service model. This will include sales of non-regulated products, general servicing including complaints handling and operational audit monitoring and control. The role will also deputize for the Branch Manager in their absence. We are looking for someone with strong banking and management experience to act as a role model to inspire and motivate staff to promote Al Rayan Banks products and provide outstanding customer experience.
