Overview
The Company: MBN’s client, a household UK brand are creating a brand new Data Science innovation team. This specialist team will join an existing Data Science function which has been paramount to the commercial and operational success of the organization over the past decade. The Role: You will be responsible for the development of machine learning algorithms (specifically but not limited to Neural Networks, Gradient Boosting Models, Random Forests and Tree Classifiers) to leverage more powerful decisioning models across the company’s product and customer estate. Experience: · Experience creating statistical, predictive or machine learning algorithms with an emphasis on the model creation and development. · Highly skilled programmer in Python and/or R. · Experience using data science and predictive modelling to solve complex business problems. · Ability to communicate your findings to non technical stakeholders explaining the benefits to your data driven outcomes. · Experience developing at least one of the following techniques: Neural Networks, Gradient Boosting Models, Random Forests and Tree Classifiers. · Ideally educated to MSc or PhD level in a numeric or quantitative field For more information please press apply now.
