THE COMPANY: Brewster Partners Office Support & Technical are currently recruiting an Operations Manager for our client, a veterinary practice, based in North Yorkshire. Well established business with over 100 employees across multiple sites. Excellent reputation and growth. THE JOB: A new job opportunity for an Operations Manager to match resource with demand to create maximum productivity and optimal service delivery to a range of clients from individual pet owners to large agricultural businesses. Ensure all business processes are compliant and support the business owners in the delivery of consistent HR process across the business. Translate the agreed business strategy into process and delivery, owning change management processes which are then followed by cycles of audit and improvement. THE PERSON: Experience gained in an Operations Manager / Management role with evidence of effectively managing teams. Experience gained from within the veterinary sector or relevant sector, i.e. healthcare, pharmacology etc. Experience of managing budgets and an understanding of business and financial models. Understanding of governance and operating within regulatory frameworks. THE BENEFITS: Salary of £25-40K, dependent on experience. 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
