Operations Manager

Our client is looking for Operations Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within the automotive industry or a similar sector.

Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.

Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align operations with sales forecasts and market demand.

Analyze and optimize workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions for enhanced productivity.

Manage and mentor a team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and goal attainment.
