Deputy Manager - Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs £20,000 Hillingdon Compass Associates are working in partnership with a leading provider of quality care services, who operate across the UK, offering Residential and Supported Living services to young adults with varying levels of learning disabilities and mental health needs. Our client is currently looking to recruit a passionate Deputy Manager to help to run a medium sized Supported Living service in the Hillingdon area. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individuals to support the Registered Manager too run this well run and consistent service that provides high quality care for young adults. The Candidate The ideal candidate will have worked in a Supported Living environment previously and have a positive, forward thinking and very approachable personality. They will have an excellent track record with CQC and have a desire to join and support a growing organisation. Requirements (Essential) NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or the equivalent qualification Must have current Supported Living Managerial experience Strong knowledge of CQC Strong background of working with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs, Challenging Behaviour or Autism Flexibility Summary My client is looking to pay £20,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Location This Service is commutable from Uxbridge, Watford, Wembley, Slough and surrounding areas.
