Overview
I am currently working with one of London's largest property developers to recruit for a Finance Manager to oversee the financial planning and delivery of one of their newest major sites. The successful candidate will come from an audit background and have recent experience out of audit producing and reviewing investment appraisals and models. Day to day duties: Prepare and monitor budgets in line with the set business plan Review the business plan and present any necessary changes to executive team Be the main finance contact for all aspects of the project Prepare and review investment appraisals and models Ensure timely and accurate management and statutory reporting Business partner with the development team on complex financial transactions Liaise with the auditors and advise on all taxation issues Identify risks and opportunities at each stage of the project Essential: CCAB Qualified (Preferably ACA) Experience producing business plans and investment appraisals Strong technical accounting and business partnering skills Please apply as soon as possible to ensure your details are considered.
