Overview
How will you spend your days? Search for suitable candidates for current clients via headhunting methods and online job boards Qualify candidates for general registration purposes and against specific vacancies Make recommendations to consultants as to the suitability of candidates for specific vacancies Manage advertisement responses through initial screening and qualification Update candidate information and activity on international in-house recruitment database Network with candidates through multiple social media tools. Desired Skills and Experience - Someone with at least a year's experience in Aviation recruitment but ideally 2 years - Someone who wants to grow an existing desk run by a director, grow it and look to grow a team. - Someone looking to develop their career and join a company who are recruiting due to growth - Do you have attention to detail? Smartly presented and a real drive to succeed? Who are you? You will be confident on the phone You will have previous recruitment experience within a resourcing/ junior consultant position You will be well spoken and well-presented You will be well organised You will be able to multitask So why apply?
