Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant Location: Crawley Salary: £18,200 Have you ever thought about a career in Recruitment, but didn’t know where to start? Are you motivated, have a hunger to succeed and an engaging personality? RBW Consulting are looking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultant as part of our "Academy". This an intensive 3 month training programme where you will be learning on the job - giving you all the skills and knowledge you need to build a successful career within RBW. About Us: Headquartered in Crawley RBW Consulting niche recruitment company operating across the UK, USA and EU. We focus predominantly on Life Sciences and Technology, and pride ourselves in working with clients who make a real difference in the world. We have grown rapidly since our humble beginnings in 2007, with offices in Brighton and Boston as well as Crawley. What is the Academy? It’s an intensive but fun recruitment training programme where we will teach you the recruitment methods you will need to be in a strong position for early success. Our Academy offers you structured hands on training as well as the opportunity to work on real world recruitment projects meaning you are earning while learning. Skills: You don’t have to have experience in either recruitment or sales, but this would put you in good stead. What you will need however is drive, determination and a willingness to succeed.
