Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant Crawley Salary Plus Commission - details available on application Excellent On Target Earning potential. Due to expansion and more demand from our clients, Synergize Consulting has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in one of the UK's fastest growing IT organisations. Synergize are Presently listed as one of the companies to inspire Britain by the London Stock Exchange. The role will involve sourcing suitable candidates for Global IT Companies within the public and private sector. You will receive full on site training. Candidates will need to be motivated, keen to succeed and have an awareness of the IT or recruitment sector. New graduates would be welcomed. The role will involve assisting our account managers on some of our major accounts within the IT recruitment market. As a business, we currently provide recruitment solutions to global companies and we need resourcers / trainee recruitment consultants who can deliver the right candidates to our clients. This is a HOT desk where the vacancies come to you No cold calling to clients required as you are working with clients that Synergize are preferred suppliers to. The role of a Recruitment Resourcer/Trainee Recruitment Consultant is demanding and a highly rewarding customer focused sales role. We will be holding interview days over the coming weeks.
