JOB TITLE Recruitment Consultant - Industrial Division LOCATION Crawley THE ROLE Fantastic opportunity to take over an established Industrial desk in a successful recruitment business. You will be responsible for maximizing opportunities in existing clients and building new business relationships through sales activity. You will have a resourcer to support you with onboarding and registering suitable candidates, on a 240 model. EXPERIENCE & QUALS Sales experience is essential. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Give excellent customer service and be a great ambassador for the Talented People brand with existing customers. Proactively research and seek out new business opportunities and onboard new clients. Dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries. Job advertising and social media postings. Talking through job specifications. We are happy to train and develop people with less recruitment/sales experience. We are looking for people with the right attitude and ability to learn, who want to make a positive contribution to our team and find jobs for people. ESSENTIAL FOR ROLE You must be able to speak to clients at all levels and easily build a rapport. People person with common sense. Excellent English written and verbal communication. Happy to talk on the telephone with people from all walks of life. Strong organiser with attention to detail. Strive to do better and go the extra mile for our clients and colleagues. Computer / IT literate. Happy to learn, think on your feet and personally develop. Driven to give excellent service and provide solutions to our customers. Must be happy to take part in our out of hours on-call service to clients one week in four.
