Overview
This is an excellent permanent opportunity to join a large and highly experienced HR function in a People Services Manager role. You will join a large commercial business who are well known for offering first class customer service solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the people advisory service within the business who offer advice, support and resolution on all people related matters to employees and managers across the business. Duties: • Management of people advisory team on a daily basis • Manage performance within the team by setting clear objectives and regular 1:1's • Ensure all people related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively • Develop the team capability to meet the business needs • Identify and implement new processes and procedures within the HR function • Develop and maintain team SLAs and KPIS and continuously monitor service levels • Providing a range of training to enhance line manager capability • Responsibility for onboarding new sites • Produce relevant management information and report to relevant customers within the business You will be an HR generalist with proven management experience and the ability to influence, motivate and engage a team. You will have proven experience of all levels of stakeholder management within a commercial business (shared service exposure preferred). You will have ability to problem solve and analyse HR data as well as identifying areas for process improvement. Candidates should also have excellent employment law knowledge and experience with case management resolution. Travel required across the UK.
