We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Based HR Advisor to join us for 3 months. You'll be working at pace to support the business, consulting and supporting colleagues through to providing guidance and support to managers through a period of organisational change to ensure minimum impact on the business. You'll work collaboratively across the business, supporting others within our People Team to actively manage workloads and complete MI, prepare reports for Managers to use to effectively support good HR practice and achieve key objectives. This role will require you to travel and will have some overnight stays, so whilst you will have a plan of activity you will also need to be flexible when things change. You will need to be available for the full length of the contract. Key knowledge and skills required for the role * CIPD qualified and/or experience of organisational change * Good knowledge and experience in employment law/employee relations issues and working with unions * Experience of managing projects * Commercial and strongly business-aligned, active in addressing the needs of the business * Proven ability to think strategically and see the "big picture" * Strong influencing/interpersonal skills, based on passion about people and their contribution to business success * Pragmatic and practical, with a demonstrated capacity to make things happen and drive change to transform business performance Customer focused * Retail experience desirable but not essential If you want to help us with our purpose, of looking after people's most precious thing, their health and wellbeing, and you're keen to progress your career with a business that's going to disrupt the market, then join us.
