If you answered yes to these, then we need you We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the London team in our Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) business. It’s a great opportunity to join a dynamic global business in a collaborative local team environment. What can you expect? In this role you will be providing critical operational support to the team to ensure a high quality level of service is provided. This involves everything from meeting scheduling, travel booking and expense reimbursements through to document formatting and event coordination. We will rely on you to: Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and pro-activity in providing general support and manage the administrative component of a large team Work with in-house databases and systems (administrative systems such as i-expense, BCD travel, WebCas, iProcurement etc.) Daily management of the post (opening, scanning and distributing) Contribute to business development proposals and prepare client presentation materials, all in a timely manner and as per Mercer standards Meet and escort visitors and clients within the office Support the team with data entry and maintenance of core systems as needed Assist with planning for large events including room bookings, ordering catering and arranging IT support Interface with other parts of the business and external bodies to answer queries and provide exceptional customer service.
