Technical Support Advisor Location: Gloucester Salary: £17,000 Monthly Bonuses This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a busy company based in Gloucester. This is a full-time, shift-rota based position, which comes with a competitive salary plus bonuses. The role is situated in a fun, fast-paced and extremely friendly office environment. Training programme provided. Technical Support Advisor – The Role • Offering customer support via telephone, live web chats and emails. •Provide excellent customer care. •Provide technical support through multi-channel including social media.
