Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is currently representing a successful and growing business on the outskirts of Colchester and due to grow of the business my client is recruiting for a Resourcing Advisor to join their already successful team. Duties will include: Meeting with line manager regarding there recruitment needs Actively working on the roles including speaking with suitable candidates over the phone and meeting with them face to face. Introducing suitable candidates to line manager Resourcing for the role 360 degree Working alongside agency depending on the role.
