All produce used in the restaurant comes off the farm and they are passionate about following the seasons, as expected. This business is part of a luxury brand and no expense is spared on quality. This Chef de Partie role is a unique opportunity to work closely with the produce that you cook with an to develop your skills and your product knowledge as a Chef. As the Chef de Partie Oxfordshire, you will be a variety of straight shifts between the hours of 7.30am until around 8.30pm. On a Sunday they are only open from 10am-4pm, so you will work a 9-5 on this day. As their Chef de Partie Oxfordshire, it is essential you are from a fresh cooking background and can follow a recipe and operate a section confidently. All menus are designed in-house by the Head chef and the staff really get involved with how things are executed.
