Junior Sous Chef- Award Winning Pub Our Client: Our client is an award-winning pub with rooms, famous for its high quality Modern British cuisine. This stunning pub is located in the heart of the Cotswolds has access to some amazing food suppliers, using the freshest local and organic produce. Their hugely talented Head Chef has recently contacted us as he is looking for a strong Junior Sous Chef to join their team. Salary & Benefits: * £25k-£27k + Excellent tips (approx. £350 monthly) * Excellent Live in accommodation can be provided (£35 per week). * 28 days holiday * Excellent training and mentoring * Creative input into the menus * 5 out of 7 days * Really friendly work environment where you feel valued. Individual: We are looking for a strong Junior Sous Chef, someone with good all-round experience working across all sections of the kitchen. This is a very popular and busy pub and therefore we are looking for a chef who enjoys working in fast paced environments, but also a chef who has strong attention to detail and takes pride in every dish they produce.
