Finance Manager | High Growth Fin-Tech Start-Up | London The Cli ent Harmonic are proud to be working with one of London's most exciting Fin-Tech start-up businesses. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is a great opportunity for a newly or part qualified accountant to take charge of the Finance function in a fast-paced start-up environment. The company is based in central London, boasting a sleek, vibrant workspace in the heart of the City. The culture is social, inclusive and supportive and you will be joining a team of highly ambitious and talented people. The Role Primary focus on month end procedures e.g. balance sheet/bank reconciliations Day to day inputting of invoices and payments onto the Finance system Payroll processing and reconciliations Producing quarterly management accounts Implementing outcomes from quarterly board meetings across the company Updating the investment database Getting involved with Financial Modelling to supplement fundraising pitches Tight monitoring of Financial systems and controls to ensure best practice What we need to see (essential) ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified or Part Qualified Experience with month end procedures Strong double entry skills High self-drive and initiative, with ability to work as part of a team Cashflow forecasting skills Effective and clear communicator Strong organisational skills What we'd like to see (bonus) Experience with Xero Experience with Brightpay (payroll) Start-up experience Experience managing a small Finance team Experience working in a Fin-Tech/Prop-Tech Experience working in the property market Salary: £45k - 50k Start date: ASAP Please get in touch with Jack on for further information.
