Overview
HR GO Recruitment is looking for Development Executives with experience of interacting directly with general trade / retailers. Ideally you will have business development experience working for the likes of Coke, Heineken, P&G, Mondelez etc. Not expecting years of experience. You will need a car and be able to commit to 5 months (with limited holiday). Salary: 22k-22k Hours: 40 a week Car allowance: 28p per mile There will be 1 week training - 4 days in classroom training and 1 day in the field -most likely be Hammersmith and accommodation will be paid and travel reimbursed. Responsibilities: You will be targeting independent retails/Corner shops and be required to push the sale of the 'Heet cigarette Monday to Friday, although hours will vary due to needing to see decision maker of the business You will be given warm leads and cold leads. Need good product knowledge: Must offer the client technical advice of the product 'Heet'. The mobile and Ipad will be given. KPI's will be based on calls/number of stores/Conversion rate etc 20% bonus, 10% before and 10% after on completion. Travel will be within a 50 mile radius - an hour travel from locations.
