: Company Information Ins-sure Services Limited (XIS) is part of a Joint Venture (between DXC and Customers). XIS was formed in 2001 by bringing together the back-office processing services historically provided to the Lloyd's Market. XIS is responsible for the provision of premium processing services to the Lloyd's Market and London Companies Market. XIS also provides premium settlement as well as claims processing and settlement services to the London Companies Market. Xchanging Claims Services Limited (XCS) is also part of a Joint Venture (between DXC and Customers). XCS was formed in November 2001 to replace the Lloyd's Claims Office. XCS is responsible for the provision of claims processing services to the Lloyd's market. The aim of this role to constantly improve our Operational Resilience strategy, plans and testing for XIS, XCS and the London Market. This will include Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Resumption plans and Resilience by design both internally and with third parties. Customers expect XIS and XCS to demonstrate thought leadership. Essential Job Functions Thought leadership - be ahead of our customers in terms of Operational Resilience thinking. Further develop the Operational Resilience strategy and plans. Interface with clients, third parties and company personnel. Establish test scenarios and plans for Operational Resilience based on risk profiles. Testing of Operational Resilience plans. This includes market wide testing twice a year. Advisor and gate keeper for business and IT projects. Business Continuity training for new starters. Further develop documentation, policies and procedures. Maintain ISO certification. Basic Qualifications Membership of Business Continuity Institute at MBCI level or above Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or related field preferred Six or more years of experience in disaster planning and business recovery Experience working with information technology Experience working with company business recovery offerings and procedures Other Qualifications Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers, suppliers and team members Good analytical and problem solving skills Good leadership skills to assist in recovery efforts Ability to work in a team environment Willingness to travel Work Environment Office environment - Chatham Based Will require evening or weekend work DXC Technology and affiliates is committed to the development of a fully inclusive workforce.
