Overview

Portfolio Procurement are currently recruiting for a Global Hospitality Brand. Headquartered out of London, with offices across the world. As a result of organic growth an ambitions to maintain this growth, they are now looking to appoint an FF/E Procurement Manager, to support both the Procurement and Project Management teams. Please read on for details: The role overview: Support the head of AEP NE in delivering projects Managing FF&E purchasing process for each assigned project, researching, identifying and developing equipment sourcing strategies that meet operational aspects, price, quality, value and brand/industry standards Working within established budgets and schedules Managing the specification review process Advising designers on the viability and costing of proposed designs and specs, including available alternatives Developing and managing the FF&E budget for all assigned projects, with a focus on minimizing final spend and meet designer's/owner's design aesthetics Ensuring that all products meet internal customers' needs and expectations Proactive, professional and positive communication with our clients and all other stakeholders, integrating with all teams and building strong and robust relationships Analysing vendor sources and product availability keeping abreast of market fluctuations impacting prices Experience required: Ability to read FF&E specifications, shop drawings, and Interior Design drawings including furnishings plans, floor finish plans, reflected ceiling plans and elevations Ability to confirm FF&E quantity requirements and producing projects' call off sheets, utilising project specifications and drawings Manage furniture installations and ability to work in construction settings Flexibility, adaptability, self-motivated, team player Experience in delivering projects respecting all deadlines A levels / Higher Education Minimum 3 years of FF&E, OS&E supply chain, logistic and procurement experience INDPRO 962854BE
