Mail Assistant Manager - Worldwide brand offering a great fitness product Salary: 20-22k Basic plus bonus We are recruiting for this health and fitness job Debden My client has worldwide recognised boutique chain, offering a premium service and equipment at affordable prices. Kitted out with state-of-the-art equipment and a real focus on functional training, their sites have modern, trendy, dynamic feel to them. We are looking to recruit an AGM for their site in Debden. You will be responsible for assisting the Club Manager in the general running of all aspects of the club with specific emphasis on the sale of new memberships, ensuring all members are having a great experience as long with management of staff. You will manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure site is running smoothly. With that in mind we are looking for someone that has experience within the fitness industry. The perfect candidate will have experience in three key elements: Commercial - Do you have experience in driving membership numbers, strategising lead generation/corporate plans and building in a strong retention focus. People -Do you have a track record in building a winning culture and developing your people. You will be managing a team including PT's, Fitness Instructors and Membership Advisors. You will need motivate your team to share collective goals and work together to drive the club forward Service -Do you have a passion for service. You will have examples of where you've created an amazing environment for all members to feel welcome. You will be leading from the front and very much be the face of the club.
