Head of Clinical Services – Community Complex Care – Nurse Qualified Complex Healthcare – Home £48,000 - £50,000 per annum (flexible depending on experience) £6k car allowance and mileage Birmingham / Home Based Overview Compass Associates is proud to be exclusively partnering alongside a growing provider for nurse-led complex healthcare in the home. Together we are looking for a Head of Clinical Services to overlook their remit in the North. As the Head of Clinical Services, you will be the CQC Registered Manager for the North. You will provide effective mentorship, clinical supervision and direct line management of geographically spread Nurse Managers (a mixture of RGNs and RCNs) for your division. Working alongside the Clinical Operations Director you will ensure the Complex Care team is fully compliant with all the policies, procedures and regulations and as needed you will also provide the revalidation processes. Location The post is home based and the Head of Clinical Services covers the Midlands, North Wales, North West region, as a part of the Senior Management Team you are expected to travel occasionally to their Head Office which is based in the outskirts of Birmingham. Requirements - RGN or RCN Qualified, valid NMC pin - Experience working within Complex Care (Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Injury, High Dependency and Intensive Care Unit settings) - Competent in training Tracheostomy, Ventilator and PEG Feed packages - Extensive understanding of Care Quality Commission standards and Governance - Data driven, comfortable in analysing service outcome information and problem-solving - Passionate in promoting independence for those needing complex care from disabilities Interview Process Two stages, one with the Clinical Operations Director and a final stage with the CEO Salary and Benefits The salary on the position is £48,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience £6k car allowance and mileage.
