Job Title: Clinical Supervisor Department: ICS Digital Therapies Location: London or from Home/Remotely Salary: equiv. to A4C Band 7/8a dependent on experience and qualifications of candidate Full Time – Permanent Contract ICS Group is a unique healthcare solutions platform with an integrated specialised staffing and healthcare services offering combining deep clinical expertise, digital capabilities, technology and analytics. ICS Digital Therapies is a pioneering service improving the accessibility, affordability and effectiveness of psychological therapies within IAPT. Through our extensive network of qualified therapists, we provide a broad range of digitally-enabled brief therapies at both step 2 and step 3 and assessments that can be accessed securely from a computer, tablet or smartphone anywhere, at any time of the day, including evenings and weekends. ICS Digital Therapies receives referrals from local IAPT services to help increase capacity by providing opportunities for therapy at times outside normal working hours and accessible from home. Operational hours are 8.00am – 10.00pm, 7 days per week. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Supervisor to offer regular CBT-based Clinical Supervision to PWPs and High Intensity Therapists /CBT Therapists working within this service. You will also hold a caseload offering a CBT therapy service within the framework of the stepped care IAPT services. Together with the Clinical Lead, the Clinical Supervisor will also provide support with supervising assessments and delivering treatment within the service, in collaboration with our local IAPT service partners. Responsibilities Include: To provide regular clinical supervision and consultancy to staff for all routine CBT and guided self-help within an IAPT framework at Assessment, Step 2 and Step 3. To ensure timely and appropriate supervision for all more complex cases, formulation, and therapy interventions. To offer a highly specialist assessment and treatment CBT service to a caseload of clients (caseload to be agreed). To offer assessment of new clients where required. To provide a specialist assessment and treatment role within the therapist team according to post-holder’s clinical interests and specialties. To support the full implementation of the ICS Digital Therapies, offer. To participate in own clinical supervision and caseload supervision arrangements provided by ICS Digital Therapies. About you: A BABCP recognised CBT qualification or equivalent (Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, for example). A BABCP recognised Supervision qualification Experience of working within an IAPT service. Experience of providing supervision to PWPs within an IAPT service. Interest in further developing digital media as a way of providing therapy and mental health support to people Knowledge and experience of using IAPTus as a patient record system Excellent organisational abilities and the ability to plan own time and work to tight deadlines. Empathy and the ability to form excellent working relationships with all members of the team In addition to this you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate a genuine interest in working within a digital therapy platform and contributing towards the development of a new service.
